A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released. The idea for pre-orders came because people found it hard get popular items in stores because of their popularity.

Companies then had the idea to allow customers to reserve their own personal copy before its release, which has been a huge success

These are the step to check out our PRE-ORDER products:

1. READ each product item description CAREFULLY if there is a note of "PRE-ORDER" information.

2. You click the drop-down (arrow icon) button to select a unit quantity and then click the button "PRE-ORDER" to check out directly and do the full payment first that is paid by PayPal/Xendit as mentioned in our Payment Policy on this website.

3. After your order is placed, please allow us to process 14 - 30 business days (or 60 calendar days) which is our artisans will handwoven your order.

If your Product is PRE-ORDER and you have been fully paid in advance, we will notify you with the shipment tracking link by e-mail from our e-mail address (admin@scrafts.net) and/or the Shipper's e-mail address. It means your order is READY TO SHIP

Yes. It is possible to CANCEL, if:

1. The length of time to PRE-ORDER beyond 30 business days (or 60 calendar days), we will cancel it and you will get FULLY REFUND from us that paid by PAYPAL (for International Buyers) and XENDIT (for Domestic Buyer).

2. You (Buyer) CANCEL less than 2 days after you have paid, you will get FULLY REFUND from us through PAYPAL or XENDIT. and CANCEL more than 2 days is NON-REFUNDABLE
